If you do not follow the rules of a supervision order, the court can make a new order. This new order is called an intensive supervision order. The court can say you must be supervised by the chief executive or another person for up to 12 months.

The court makes this decision based on what is said in section 296B(3)(c). You will have to follow the rules of the intensive supervision order. The court decides how long the order will last, but it cannot be more than 12 months.
