Oranga Tamariki Act 1989

Care and protection of children and young persons - Code of practice for information sharing

66P: Amendments to Code

You could also call this:

"The Minister can make small or big changes to the rules, with some rules to follow."

The Minister can change the Code by approving one or more changes to it. When the Minister makes a change, some rules apply, like those in sections 66M to 66N, which help make sure the change is done properly. The Minister does not always have to follow these rules if the change is small or technical and they think it is not necessary.
