If you want to appeal a court order to transfer protection proceedings, you can appeal to the High Court under section 341. Your appeal is only about the law, not about the facts. You must appeal within 3 working days of the court order being made.

When you file your appeal, it stops the court order from happening until your appeal is finished, but it does not stop any interim orders. The High Court must hear and decide your appeal as soon as possible.

You can also look at section 344 for more information, but it does not apply to the timing of your appeal in this case.
