144Agreement not to be made without consent of child or young person
No agreement may be made under section 140 with respect to a child of or over the age of 12 years or a young person unless—
- the child or young person consents to the making of the agreement; and
- the consent is recorded.

Repealed Before an agreement is entered into under section 140
, the wishes of the child or young person shall, where practicable, be ascertained and given due consideration in concluding the terms of the agreement.
