When the High Court makes a decision under section 348, the Registrar of the High Court must send a copy of the decision to the principal manager of the department. The principal manager is the person in charge of the area where the decision was made. You need to know that the Registrar also tells the principal manager if an appeal is not proceeded with.

The Registrar of the High Court gives notice to the principal manager of the department for the area where the High Court is situated. This notice is about the fact that an appeal has not been proceeded with. The principal manager is informed by the Registrar.
