If you are a child or young person with a services order made under section 86, the chief executive must talk to the person or organisation that helps you. This order tells them to provide services and assistance to you. The chief executive also needs to talk to them if you have a support order made under section 91, which tells them to provide support to you. The chief executive must ask the person or organisation if they think the order should be transferred.
