279Court to consider recommendations of family group conference

  1. Where, in any proceedings under this Part in respect of any charging document filed against a young person for an offence, a family group conference has been held under section 247(b) or (d) in respect of that offence, the court shall, before hearing the charge, consider any decision, recommendation, or plan made or formulated by the family group conference in relation to that offence.
