Illustration for Oranga Tamariki Act 1989

When you are part of a family group conference, a written record is made. This record is kept at the nearest District Office of the department. You can access this record if you are sent a copy, or if you are a care and protection co-ordinator. The chief executive and other people with a genuine interest can also access the record, as decided by a care and protection co-ordinator. This rule does not affect the Official Information Act 1982.
