If you are a child or young person with a protection order, called a home order, it might stop being in effect. You might also have another order, called an ancillary order, that is related to your care. This ancillary order will stop being in effect at the same time as your home order.

When your home order stops being in effect, it happens according to section 207ZI(1). Your ancillary order is a kind of order mentioned in section 83(1). It is related to things like your care and wellbeing.

If your home order starts being in effect again, according to section 207ZI(2), your ancillary order will also start being in effect again. This means that the rules and conditions of your ancillary order will apply to you again. You will need to follow these rules to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
