64Document produced under section 61 not to be used for any other purpose

  1. A person to whom a document is produced for inspection under section 61

  2. shall make use of that document, and any copy of that document taken pursuant to section 63(b), only for the purposes of this Part; and
    1. except for the purposes of this Part, shall not disclose that document, or any copy of that document taken pursuant to section 63(b), to any other person.
      1. Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 who contravenes subsection (1).
