If the court makes an order under section 283(k), you must follow some rules. You must let your supervisor visit you at home at any reasonable time. You must also report to your supervisor when they ask you to. You cannot live at an address that your supervisor has told you not to live at. You can only work at a job that your supervisor has approved. You must always tell your supervisor where you are living. 305Conditions of supervision order

  1. If the court makes an order under section 283(k), the following conditions apply:

  2. the supervisor may, at all reasonable times, visit and enter the building or place in which the young person is living:
    1. the young person must report to the supervisor as and when the young person is required to do so by the supervisor:
      1. the young person must not reside at an address at which the supervisor has directed them not to reside:
        1. the young person may only continue in employment, or continue to engage in any occupation, approved by the supervisor:
          1. the young person must ensure that the supervisor knows at all times the address at which the young person is residing:
            1. the young person must not associate with any specified person or any specified class of persons that the supervisor has, in writing, warned them not to associate with.
              1. For the purposes of this section and section 306, supervisor means any of the following people who are to provide or are providing supervision of a young person:

              2. a person who has been delegated the chief executive’s functions or powers under section 283(k):
                1. the person named in the order:
                  1. a person who is acting on behalf of the organisation named in the order.
