When you are part of a family group conference, a plan is made to help you. This plan must include certain information, which you can find in section 130(1), except for what is said in section 130(2). The plan also needs to say when it will be reviewed.

The review date depends on your age. If you are under 7 years old, the plan must be reviewed within 6 months after it starts, according to section 30. If you are 7 years old or more, the plan must be reviewed within 12 months after it starts.
