When you are in court for certain types of cases, like those under Part 2, Part 3A, or section 371 of the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989, there are rules about what can be published in a report about the case.   1. Sections 11B to 11D of the Family Court Act 1980 apply to the publication of a report of any proceedings under Part 2, Part 3A, or section 371—

  2. in the Family Court:
    1. in any other court, in which case references in those sections to the Family Court or court must be read as references to that other court.
