Sections 5, 6, and 7, subparts 1 to 3 of Part 6, subpart 2 of Part 7, sections 138, 267, 268, 271, 275, 276, 278, 279, 281, 282, 284, 287, 288, and 312, and Schedules 10 and 11 come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 July 2003.
