The Minister can take someone off the list of development contributions commissioners. This can only happen for a few reasons. The Minister can remove a commissioner if they have done something criminal or behaved badly. They can also be removed if they can’t do their job properly. Finally, a commissioner can be taken off the list if they haven’t been doing their work as they should. The Minister keeps this list under section 199F.
