268Repeal of Local Government (Prohibition of Liquor in Public Places) Amendment Act 2001
The Local Government (Prohibition of Liquor in Public Places) Amendment Act 2001 is repealed.
Without limiting the provisions of the Interpretation Act 1999, it is declared that the repeal of the Local Government (Prohibition of Liquor in Public Places) Amendment Act 2001 does not affect the amendments made to the Local Government Act 1974 by sections 8 and 9 of that Act.
