Powers of Minister to act in relation to local authorities

258XMinister may terminate Ministerial body or Ministerial appointee
The Minister may terminate the appointment of a Ministerial body at any time by notice in writing.
The Minister must give notice of the termination—
- to the local authority, in writing; and
- by notice in the
Gazette; and
- by public notice.
The Minister may terminate a Ministerial appointee's appointment at any time by notice in writing, and no compensation is payable to the person as a result of the termination.
