Council-controlled organisations and council organisations - Monitoring and reporting

You could also call this:

You don’t have to include certain sensitive information in reports that council-controlled organisations must make. These reports include statements of intent, annual reports, financial statements, half-yearly reports, and quarterly reports.

If someone could ask for this information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 and it could be properly kept secret, you don’t need to put it in these reports.
