Ministerial powers of assistance and intervention:
Minister may appoint Crown Manager
258EHow Crown Manager appointed
The Minister must appoint a Crown Manager by notice in writing. The notice must include the following information:
- the terms of reference of the Crown Manager,
including—
- an outline of the problem in relation to which the
Crown Manager has been appointed; and
- the extent of his or her authority; and
- an outline of the problem in relation to which the
Crown Manager has been appointed; and
- the start and end dates of the Crown Manager's
appointment; and
- the start and end dates of the management period.
