258NMinister may consult any person

  1. The Minister may, but is not obliged to, consult any person, organisation, or group—

  2. when determining what action, if any, to take under subpart 1 or 1A of this Part:
    1. when appointing a Ministerial body under subpart 1 or 1A of this Part:
      1. when formulating the terms of reference for a Ministerial body.
        1. The Minister may, but is not obliged to, consult any person, organisation, or group—

        2. when postponing a general election under section 258I; or
          1. when calling a general election under section 258M.
