Local Government Act 2002

Regulatory, enforcement, and coercive powers of local authorities - Development contributions - Contributions may be required by territorial authorities

199B: Territorial authority to notify outcome of reconsideration

You could also call this:

“Council must tell you what they decided after looking at your request again”

When you ask a territorial authority to reconsider a decision about contributions, they have to let you know the result. They will send you a written notice within 15 working days after they get all the information they need about your request.

If you don’t agree with the outcome of the reconsideration, you can object to it. You can do this by following the rules in section 199C.
