206QReturn of party’s election expenses and return of party’s allocation expenses to be publicly available

  1. During the public inspection period, the Electoral Commission must ensure that the following are publicly available (free of charge) on the Electoral Commission’s internet site:

  2. a return filed under section 206I; and
    1. an auditor’s report obtained under section 206L accompanying the return referred to in paragraph (a); and
      1. a return filed under section 206IA; and
        1. an auditor’s report obtained under section 206LA accompanying the return referred to in paragraph (c).
