The Representation Commission has a group of people who make decisions. You need four of these people to be present to make decisions, and two of them must be specific members. When these four people are together, they can make decisions on behalf of the whole Commission. They can do everything the Commission is allowed to do.

The Commission can create its own rules for how it works, as long as these rules do not go against what the Electoral Act 1993 says. You can find more information about who is on the Commission in section 28(2)(e). The Commission's rules must follow the Electoral Act 1993.
