Illustration for Electoral Act 1993

If you have been given a job to do by someone under section 20C, they can take that job back at any time. They can do this by writing to you, which is called a written notice, if you are an electoral official. The person who gave you the job can also take it back in another way that was agreed on when they gave you the job.
