214JReturns of loans to be publicly available

  1. During the public inspection period, the Electoral Commission must ensure that the following are publicly available (free of charge) on the Electoral Commission’s internet site:

  2. a return filed under section 214C; and
    1. an auditor’s report obtained under section 214D accompanying the return referred to in paragraph (a); and
      1. a return filed under section 214F; and
        1. a return filed under section 214GA.
