Illustration for Electoral Act 1993

The Electoral Commission can publish returns and reports in a way they think is appropriate. You can see returns filed under section 214C, section 214F, and section 214GA, as well as reports obtained under section 214D. The Electoral Commission must make these returns and reports available for you to inspect during the public inspection period.

The Electoral Commission has to make all these returns and reports available for you to look at. They can charge you a fee to look at them, which is decided under the Official Information Act 1982.

You can look at the returns and reports during the public inspection period, and the Electoral Commission will decide how you can access them.
