Illustration for Electoral Act 1993

When the Electoral Commission has to give you information in electronic form, they only have to give it to you in a way that their computer systems can handle. This means they can choose the format and medium they use, as long as it is compatible with their own systems. You will get the information in the form that the Electoral Commission's computers can use.
