71BAInspection of party rules

  1. Members of the public are entitled to inspect the following without payment at any time between 9 am and 5 pm on any day on which the office of the Electoral Commission is open:

  2. copies of the rules referred to in section 63(2)(da) accompanying a political party’s application for registration; and
    1. copies of any changes to those rules supplied by the secretary of a political party to the Electoral Commission under section 71B.
