Registered promoters

204KPromoters eligible to be registered

  1. A promoter (including a corporation sole, a body corporate, and an unincorporated body) is eligible to be a registered promoter if the promoter is not—

  2. a constituency candidate:
    1. a list candidate:
      1. a party:
        1. an overseas person as defined in section 207(2):
          1. a person involved in the administration of—
            1. the affairs of a candidate in relation to the candidate's election campaign; or
              1. the affairs of a party.
