You can look at some documents at the Electoral Commission office. These documents include the main roll and the supplementary rolls for your area. You can also look at the latest index and a computer-compiled list for your area.

You can inspect these documents for free at the Electoral Commission office between 9 am and 4 pm. You can look at the main roll, the supplementary rolls, and the index. You can also look at the computer-compiled list and some applications.

If you want to get a copy of the main roll or the index, you have to pay a fee. The fee might be less if you need the copy for an election or poll. You can also look at some other documents, like a list of people who are not on the main roll.

The Electoral Commission has to keep some documents available for you to look at. This includes a computer-compiled list for the Maori electoral district if it includes land from a General electoral district. You can look at these documents at the Electoral Commission office.

You might be able to look at someone else's application if they agree or if the Electoral Commission thinks it is a good idea. The Electoral Commission has to show you the application within two working days if you ask to see it. You can look at these documents during business hours, but you cannot copy the computer-compiled list.
