Illustration for Electoral Act 1993

If you get someone to vote in an election when you know they are not allowed to, you are doing something wrong. You will be in trouble if you convince or help someone to vote when they are not supposed to. This is because they are disqualified or prohibited from voting, either because of this Act or for some other reason.
