Disclosure of parties' donations

210FReturn of party donations to be publicly available

  1. During the public inspection period, the Electoral Commission must ensure that the following are publicly available (free of charge) on the Electoral Commission’s internet site:

  2. a return filed under section 210; and
    1. an auditor’s report obtained under section 210A accompanying the return referred to in paragraph (a); and
      1. a return filed under section 210C.
