Part 9Miscellaneous provisions
265Registrars of Electors exempt from court fees
Registrars of Electors shall be exempt from the payment of any court fees in respect of any proceedings under this Act.

If you are a Registrar of Electors, you do not have to pay court fees when you are involved in a court case about the Electoral Act 1993. This means you are exempt from paying these fees. You get this exemption because of your role as a Registrar of Electors under this Act.
