86AADirector of Mental Health to send to Electoral Commission information about persons disqualified for registration

  1. The Director of Mental Health must send to the Electoral Commission the information specified in subsection (2) in relation to a person who—

  2. is disqualified under section 80(1)(c) for registration as an elector; and
    1. is of or over the age of 17 years.
      1. The information referred to in subsection (1) is—

      2. the name and date of birth of the person; and
        1. the person’s previous residential address; and
          1. the name and address of the hospital or secure facility in which the person is detained.
