261Provisions applied

  1. Where any petition is presented under section 258, the provisions of sections 232 to 235, subsections (1) to (3) and (8) of section 236, sections 240 to 242, sections 245 to 250, and section 252 (other than subsection (2)) shall apply, with any necessary modifications, as if references to the High Court were references to the Court of Appeal.
