If you want to pay a claim after the time limit, there is a provision called Leave to pay claim after time limited. This provision is part of the Loans section in the Electoral Act 1993. This provision was repealed on 20 December 2007. The repeal was made by section 21(2)(b) of the Electoral Amendment Act 2007.
