You can ask the Electoral Commission to make the electoral rolls available for you to look at during a meeting or hui. The Electoral Commission will make the main roll, supplementary rolls, and some computer-compiled lists available for you to inspect. This includes the most recent list of people on the roll for a district and any list printed under section 109(5).

The Electoral Commission will only do this if they think a lot of people will be at the meeting or hui. When the rolls or lists are made available, the Electoral Commission decides when and where you can look at them.

You can look at the main roll, the supplementary rolls, and the computer-compiled lists at the meeting or hui. The Electoral Commission supervises when you are looking at these rolls and lists.
