94AConfirmation of change of name, address, or other particulars

This section applies if the Electoral Commission, in accordance with this Act, amends, in relation to any person whose name appears on the roll, any of the following particulars:
the place of residence of the person, following a change of residence within an electoral district; or
the name of the person; or
any other particulars of a kind specified in section 83(2)(d), (g), or (h).

The Electoral Commission must, not later than 14 days after the roll is amended, give to the person written notice of the amendment of the particulars on the roll.
