You can look at certain documents at the Electoral Commission's office without paying a fee. These documents include any bulk nomination schedule lodged under this Act. You can also see a copy of a consent lodged with a bulk nomination schedule in accordance with section 146E(3).

You can inspect information provided to the Electoral Commission under section 146H. You can also look at any nomination lodged under section 146K. The Electoral Commission's office must be open for business for you to be able to inspect these documents.

You are allowed to do this at any time the office is open.

146LInspection of bulk nomination schedules and consents to nomination

  1. Any registered elector may inspect the following material at the Electoral Commission's office without payment at any time when the office is open for the transaction of business:

  2. any bulk nomination schedule lodged under this Act:
    1. any copy of a consent lodged with a bulk nomination schedule in accordance with section 146E(3):
      1. any information provided to the Electoral Commission under section 146H:
        1. any nomination lodged under section 146K.
