76: Provision of rehabilitation before and after individual rehabilitation plan agreed

You could also call this:

"Getting help before and after agreeing on your rehabilitation plan"

Before you and the Corporation agree on your individual rehabilitation plan, the Corporation can provide you with help. This help includes social rehabilitation that they think is suitable and necessary for you, considering what's best for your situation. They can also give you vocational rehabilitation that they believe is appropriate for you.

The Corporation can start giving you this help even before they've finished assessing you or before they've finished thinking about all the important things they need to consider for your rehabilitation.

It's important to know that you can still get treatment even if you haven't agreed on your rehabilitation plan yet.

Once you and the Corporation have agreed on your individual rehabilitation plan, the Corporation will provide the rehabilitation services that are listed in your plan. They will only give you the specific services they've said they'll provide in the plan.
