92: Report on initial occupational assessment

You could also call this:

"Assessor writes report about what jobs you might be able to do after your injury"

When you have an initial occupational assessment, the person who does the assessment (called an occupational assessor) needs to write a report for ACC. This report must say what types of work you might be able to do. The assessor has to think about all the information they got, the talks they had, and what people said during the assessment. Once the report is done, ACC will give you a copy of it. They will also give a copy to the doctor who is checking your medical condition.
