96: Report on initial medical assessment

You could also call this:

"A doctor writes a report for ACC about your health and ability to work after checking you"

When you have an initial medical assessment, the medical assessor must write a report for the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). This report needs to include a decision about your ability to work, considering your injury, illness, or disability. The assessor must think about your health, skills, education and experience when making this decision. After ACC gets the report, they must give you a copy of it.
