Accident Compensation Act 2001

Entitlements and related matters - General provisions

132: Adjustment of payments for part periods

You could also call this:

"ACC can change your weekly payment if you stop getting it during a week"

If you're getting weekly payments from the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), and your right to receive these payments stops in the middle of a week, ACC can adjust the amount you get. This means you might not receive the full weekly amount if your entitlement ends partway through a week. ACC can make changes to ensure you're paid the correct amount for the exact time you were entitled to receive payments.
