386Child care payments for children of deceased persons

A person who, at the close of 31 March 2002, was entitled, because of section 448 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998, to receive compensation under clause 76 of Schedule 1 of that Act, continues to be entitled to receive it after that date.
However, the person's entitlement after that date is to be determined in accordance with Schedule 1.
