75: Corporation to determine need for rehabilitation plan

You could also call this:

"ACC decides if you need a plan to help you recover after an injury"

When you make a claim for cover, the Corporation has to decide if you might need help to get back to work or to be part of your community after 13 weeks. They have to do this within 13 weeks of accepting your claim. If they think you will need this help, they will make a plan with you. This plan is called an individual rehabilitation plan. The Corporation will work with you to make this plan. They might also include some medical treatment in the plan if you need it.
