Entitlements and related matters - Vocational independence

109: When claimant's vocational independence to be assessed

You could also call this:

"When ACC checks if you can work"

You can expect the Corporation to check your vocational independence at reasonable times. Vocational independence means your ability to work.

The Corporation must check your vocational independence again if they had previously decided you could work, and they think your ability to work might have gotten worse because of the injuries they looked at before.

You can give the Corporation information to help them decide if they need to check your vocational independence again.
