174E: Amendments to workplace incentive programme

You could also call this:

“Changes to workplace safety rewards: big changes need full process, small changes are simpler”

If you want to change a workplace incentive programme, you can do it in the same way the programme was first created. You need to follow the same rules that were used when the programme was made.

When you make changes to a workplace incentive programme, you have to follow the same steps as when you first made it. These steps are explained in sections 174B to 174D of the law.

However, if you’re only making small or technical changes to the programme, you don’t need to follow all the steps. You can skip the parts about consulting with certain groups and publishing a notice about the changes.
