80Purpose of vocational rehabilitation

  1. The purpose of vocational rehabilitation is to help a claimant to, as appropriate,—

  2. maintain employment; or
    1. obtain employment; or
      1. regain or acquire vocational independence.
        1. Without limiting subsection (1), the provision of vocational rehabilitation includes the provision of activities for the purpose of maintaining or obtaining employment that is—

        2. suitable for the claimant; and
          1. appropriate for the claimant's levels of training and experience.
