Illustration for Telecommunications Act 2001

When you send a standard terms proposal that meets the rules in section 30G, the Commission must do some things. They must tell all parties involved that they got the proposal. They must also tell the public that they got the proposal.

The Commission must include some information in the public notice. This information includes where you can see and get a copy of the proposal. It also includes the last day you can make a submission about the proposal.

The Commission must do these things as soon as they can after getting the proposal.
