218Injunction and other orders relating to price-quality regulation

  1. If the High Court is satisfied that fibre fixed line access services that are subject to price-quality regulation are being provided, or are likely to be provided, in contravention of any price-quality requirement applying with respect to those services, the court may do 1 or both of the following:

  2. grant an injunction restraining any provider of those services from providing them in contravention of the price-quality requirement:
    1. make an order requiring the provider to provide the services in accordance with the price-quality requirement applying to them.
      1. An application for an injunction or order under this section may be made by any person.
