109Regulations

  1. The Governor-General may, by Order in Council made on the recommendation of the Minister, make regulations for all or any of the following purposes:

  2. providing for procedures and requirements relating to the publication of applicable standards under section 108(2)(b):
    1. providing for procedures and requirements that relate to recognising a body as a competent conformity assessment body for the purposes of assessing compliance with applicable standards under section 108(2)(c):
      1. providing for procedures and requirements that relate to assessing compliance with applicable standards under section 108(2)(c):
        1. providing for any other matters contemplated by section 108, necessary for its administration, or necessary for giving it full effect.
          1. Regulations under this section are secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
